Garden County Health Services (GCHS) is a Rural Emergency Hospital offering nursing home, clinic, and critical access hospital services to the Oshkosh community and surrounding areas. 🩺What You’ll Do as a GCHS RN

In this role, you’ll use your clinical skills, nursing judgment, and compassionate spirit to provide exceptional care. You will:

  • Perform thorough patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
  • Deliver evidence‑based nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes
  • Use strong critical‑thinking skills to adjust care plans as needed
  • Adapt positively to changing workloads and patient needs
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure effective, safe, and patient‑centered care
  • Participate fairly in on‑call/availability rotations and assist in resolving staffing needs

You May Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • 2 years of nursing experience preferred (but not required strong new grads are welcome!)
  • A current compact or Nebraska RN license (or the ability to obtain NE licensure within 60 days of hire)
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
