patients. We are currently seeking a qualified Dietary Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Position Summary:**
The Dietary Manager will be responsible for overseeing the nutritional and dietary needs of our residents and patients. This role

Involves managing food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and developing menus that cater to the dietary requirements of diverse individuals. The Dietary Manager will work closely with kitchen staff, dietitians, and medical personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality nutrition services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise daily food service operations, including planning, organizing, and coordinating meal service.
- Develop and implement menus that comply with dietary guidelines and meet the nutritional needs of residents/patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess dietary needs and preferences of residents/patients.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food service regulations and standards.
- Monitor food production processes to ensure high food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained
.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a positive, collaborative, and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular audits and quality control checks to ensure the culinary team adheres to dietary guidelines and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of food and supply inventory, meal plans, and dietary restrictions.
- Stay updated on the latest dietary trends, health regulations, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications:**
- Certification as a Dietary Manager (CDM) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dietary regulations, nutrition principles, and food safety practices prefered.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
